PIZZA BASE COOKING  INSTRUCTIONS

1.     Take out pizza base from freezer placing it on a lightly greased baking tray

 2.    Pre heat oven Fan Forced 230c. Non-Fan forced 240c

 3.    Top pizza bases making sure they have thawed to room temp.

 4.   Place topped pizza on middle shelf of oven

5.    Cook topped pizza for approx 7 – 8 minutes in Fan Forced oven and  8 – 10 minutes in Non-Fan Forced.

6.    Cut to desired sizes and serve.

 

WOODFIRED PIZZA BASE COOKING  INSTRUCTIONS

 1.   Take out pizza base from freezer placing it on your preparation bench.

 2.    Pre heat wood oven to 350c

 3.    Top pizza bases making sure they have thawed to room temp.

 4.   Place topped pizza on floor of oven, making sure the wood fire is to the right hand side of oven

 5.    Cook topped pizza for approximately 2.5 to 3 minutes.

 6.    Cut to desired sizes and serve.
